Lonitab 10 mg is an orally active anti-hypertensive drug-containing Minoxidil as the active ingredient. Minoxidil is a member of drug class vasodilators, which works by relaxing blood vessels and improving blood circulation. Lonitab is commonly prescribed for treating high blood pressure and hair loss issues. The medicine helps improve hair follicles' blood flow by widening blood vessels. It slows down hair loss progression while promoting hair growth when you take this medicine as per prescription for the recommended duration.

Some people may also experience fluid retention, compression of the heart due to fluid accumulation, and build-up of fluid around the heart.
